Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Talexomira. Here you will find everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you.

Delivery Area

We currently ship within Germany only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders with a delivery address outside Germany.

Shipping Options

You can choose between two shipping options at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping

Cost: free of charge
Delivery time: 4 to 5 business days

Insured Express Shipping

Cost: €2.95
Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days

With insured express shipping, your parcel is insured against loss and damage during transport, so you can wait for your order with complete peace of mind.

Order Processing

We process orders on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times are counted from the day your order is processed.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your parcel at any time.

Prices and Taxes

All prices in our shop are in euros and include the statutory German VAT. There are no additional customs duties or import charges, as we only deliver within Germany.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@talexomira.com. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer guarantee changes to the address.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note this with the delivery driver if possible and let us know within a few days at info@talexomira.com, ideally with photos of the packaging and the item. Your statutory rights remain unaffected even if you do not report damage right away. If your parcel has not arrived within the stated delivery time, please contact us and we will look into it immediately.
