We want you to love every piece you order from Talexomira. If something is not quite right, you can return it easily. As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

How to Return an Item

1. Send us an email at info@talexomira.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We will reply with the return address and all further steps.
3. Pack the items securely, ideally in their original packaging, and include your order number.
4. Send the package back to us within 14 days of telling us about your withdrawal.

Condition of Returned Items

Please return items complete and in good condition. You may of course inspect and test an item as you would in a shop. If an item has been used beyond this and has lost value as a result, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

Refunds

Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase price including the original standard delivery costs within 14 days. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for your order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or develops a defect, please contact us at info@talexomira.com with a short description and photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as quickly as possible. In these cases, you do not pay any return costs. The statutory warranty rights apply in full.

Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods as part of one order and they are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you or the named third party take possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen days have expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by normal parcel post. For goods that cannot be sent by normal parcel post because of their size or weight, we will arrange collection and bear the costs of the return ourselves.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and were made according to your individual choice or specification, or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs.
